Anita thought she had a normal life. Until the day her parents disappeared. She discovers they have been taken to the mysterious world of Shadowland ruled over by the evil King of Shadows. Anita has to enter Shadowland with her friends Choco and Sabena and somehow save her parents, imprisoned in the Endless Maze. She can only do this by playing the Game of Shadows. With the help of the Bag of Tricks that Choco's super-talented father invents, a giant shape-shifting bird called Meta, the beautiful Peacock People and a few good friends, she might just be able to save her parents and even destroy the evil king.
Author, poet and translator, Deepa Agarwal has written about fifty books in English and Hindi, mostly for children. She has received many prestigious awards including N.C.E.R.T. National Award For Children’s Literature.
