About us

Eureka! Bookstore, the first specialist, independent, children's bookstore in India, was set up in April 2003 by two passionate book-lovers who felt that they should do something to get children and books together under one roof.

Eureka believes in selecting and promoting good books for children. As an extension, we also founded and set up India's first children's literature festival Bookaroo that has travelled to 18 cities with 52 editions in the last 18 years.

For the last 23 years, Eureka Children’s Bookstore, in its association with schools across India, has had the privilege of introducing thousands of children to the joy of reading for pleasure. Our team carefully selects and recommends Indian children's books for all age groups - from early readers and picture books to middle-grade fiction, young adult literature, non-fiction, poetry, graphic novels and books in Indian languages.

Let the reading bug bite you - happy browsing and buying. Better still, if you are in Delhi, drop in at our store in Meherchand Market. The exact address is: Shop No. 142 (basement), Vth Avenue, Meherchand Market, Lodi Road. New Delhi - 110 003.
