What Happens to Our Trash?

D. J. Ward and Paul Meisel will take you on a journey through landfills, recycling plants and compost piles to learn what happens to our trash! The Let's-Read-and-Find-Out Science series is the winner of the American Association for the Advancement of Science/Subaru Prize for Outstanding Science Series. Each person in the United States makes almost five pounds of trash every day.
