The Secret of Cacklefur Castle: 22 (Geronimo Stilton #22) is centred on a highly learned mouse, Geronimo, who is the Editor of The Rodent's Gazette, the most popular city newspaper. Being a peace loving mouse by nature, Geronimo now finds his peaceful life disrupted by the mysterious phone call he receives from Creepella Von Cacklefur. Creepella lives in a cemetery, which is full of dead flowers and cobwebs. But, the disturbing part is, that Creepella has a crush on Geronimo and wants him to become her boyfriend. Creepella wants Geronimo to go with her to her family castle, where the will of her grandfather would be read out.
